Hot sandwich halves for any hour of the day. You can also request whole wheat bread.

5 / escalivada

This Catalan-inspired special consists of two options: home-roasted eggplant or anchovies with white asparagus, red pepper, a touch of balsamic
vinegar, extra virgen olive oil and a semi-spicy pepper.

6 / tuna & caramelized onion

Served with roasted red pepper, grated tomato, a touch of balsamic vinegar, extra virgen olive oil and a semi-spicy pepper.

7 / smoked salmon & cream cheese

1/2 chapata toast with smoked salmon, cream cheese, sliced tomato & capers.

8 / roasted eggplant & goat cheese

Home-roasted eggplant served with goat cheese, a touch of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar and a semi-spicy pepper.

At Café 4 Gatos, we want to do our part towards developing a healthy & sustainable neighborhood & fighting the climate crisis.

HEALTHY & NATURAL

We offer a variety of natural and high quality products such as whole grains, food rich in omega 3 or a high fiber diet. Some of these alternatives to traditional food include organic whole wheat bread, müesli, non-GMO soy milk and vegetarian or vegan specials.

OUR CARBON FOOTPRINT

We are aware of the need to reduce our environmental impact. In addition to offering a range of local, organic and vegetarian products, we have reduced the use of plastic and discourage the use of take away packaging.

LOCAL & HAND-CRAFTED

All of our pastries are home-baked. We also support the small businesses that are part of our community. Our bread is from the neighborhood and our organic whole wheat bread is from Quentar. Additionally, we offer a variety of craft jams from the Lecrín Valley and craft beers from different parts of the province.
